The project proposes a new street connecting Rua de São Ciro to Avenida Infante Santo, in Lisbon. This intervention reshapes the urban fabric and establishes new relationships between the Estrela neighbourhood and its surroundings.

The new street is defined by two groups of residential and commercial buildings, conceived in continuity with the existing urban fabric. These built frontages consolidate the urban space, articulating different scales and completing a previously fragmented structure.

The intervention extends through a new pedestrian route alongside the Convento da Estrela, incorporating the historic lane to the south of the convent into the network of public spaces. A new courtyard provides a place to pause and gather, creating a focal point within the neighbourhood.
