Our work begins before design.

From planning approvals and licensing to procurement and construction, we remain involved throughout the process, ensuring continuity between the initial strategy and the completed building.

We consider engineering and specialist disciplines an integral part of architecture from the earliest stages of design.
Working with multidisciplinary teams, we integrate structure, building services, energy, sustainability and landscape into the development of the project. This allows us to anticipate problems, coordinate decisions and maintain greater control over quality, cost and construction.
