Summer Village Loulé

Loulé, Algarve

The project proposes 35 tourist apartments on the outskirts of Loulé, organised around the relationship between architecture, landscape and privacy.

Distributed across six volumes, the apartments are arranged around a communal garden that structures the development and provides shared meeting spaces. Each unit has a private garden and a direct relationship with the landscape, balancing communal life with the privacy of each dwelling.

Most of the different apartment types extend over two floors. This arrangement separates the living areas from the more private spaces, while opening the main rooms onto the gardens.

The central building accommodates the reception, restaurant, café, gym and outdoor terrace.
