The project transforms the former stables of the Lisbon Equestrian Club and the adjacent site into a residence for 400 students, complemented by support facilities serving the University Campus.

The existing stable building is rehabilitated, preserving its load-bearing brick walls and timber floor and roof structures. The new building reinterprets these materials and construction principles, establishing continuity between the existing and new architecture.
