The house is organised into two distinct volumes, corresponding to different patterns of occupation throughout the year.

The main volume is permanently inhabited and accommodates the everyday needs of two residents, while the second is intended for seasonal use, associated with the summer period.

Constrained by a limited budget, the construction relies on simple solutions, economical materials and low-cost building systems, seeking to reconcile economy of means, functionality and spatial quality.
